Pyar ki Patti

Pyar kis ped ki patti hai,
Jis par bhi ye girti hai,
Zindagi ko bikherati hai,
Aur kayi zindagiya sawarti hai...

Har rang roop me ye dikhti hai,
Har ek ke pass ye khilti hai,
Barish ki boondo si barasati hai,
Khushboo wali ye mitti hai...

Andhere me roshni wali batti hai,
Har ek ke dil me jo basti hai,
Kisi ke liye kamini kutti hai,
Kisi ki gham ki chutti hai...

Ruthe hue ko manaati hai,
Raaton ko ye jagaati hai,
Dil pe aise ghav karti hai,
Fir marham lagake wo bharati hai...

Jaane kis jhaad ki ye patti hai,
Dhundhne pe bhi na ye milti hai,
Mil jaye to mushkil se ye tikti hai,
Kyu ki hum use nahi...

Wo hume chunti hai!

Knock on My Heart's Door

Once upon a time..on my heart's door

She knocked, I let her in; ...into the core

My heart was just a one room flat before, 

It became a palace,... when she set her foot on it's floor

I was not in my world any more

Every slog was six...every drive was four

I was drowning in the ocean of her... magical eyes

It stopped my breathing and ...gave glimpse of a new life

My feeling were so strong...,that she felt them inside

And then she hit me with the truth that... she can't be by my side

I was feeling so empty in palace of my heart,

It broke into pieces;...all fell apart

Pain was so intense, It was hurting even with glove

Heart glued all together, said... it is love

It was then I learned how beautiful it is

Unconditional,... unexplained... pure bliss

It changed me...I was not the same again

I sang in sun and danced in rain

She moved on and left her essence

But in my heart... I can still feel her presence

After all this time , she still talks to me

My heart dives again in that enchanted sea

It takes me deep and I feel it once more

I hear the knock again... on my heart's door.
